Koumajou Remilia: Scarlet Symphony is an action arcade game developed and published by CFK for the Nintendo Switch in 2022.

In Koumajou Remilia: Scarlet Symphony, players will transform into Remilia Scarlet, a vampire living in a castle in Gensokyo. Remilia is holding a tea party, but a red cloud is covering Gensokyo and preventing guests from attending. Remilia decided to find out for herself the cause of the red cloud.

The game has a retro-style action scene gameplay. Players will have to control Remilia to jump and attack to overcome obstacles and defeat enemies along the way. Remilia can use a variety of weapons and magic to fight.
