Gungrave – Overdose is a third-person action shooter video game developed by Red Entertainment and published by Irem in 2004 for PlayStation 2. The game is a sequel to Gungrave, released in 2002. .
The game is set in a post-apocalyptic world where humans live with vampires. Players control Grave, a vampire created by a secret organization. Grave must find a way to avenge the death of his best friend, Brandon Heat.
The game begins with Grave being chased by a group of vampires. Grave escapes and finds a woman named Mika, who is running a secret facility for people hunted by vampires. Mika tells Grave that Brandon was killed by a secret organization called Millennion. Grave is determined to avenge Brandon’s death and find Millennion.
Grave begins his journey, fighting his enemies with guns and powerful melee attacks. Grave can also use special skills, such as the ability to fire projectiles from his hands or create a protective force field.
Grave eventually finds Millennion and confronts the organization’s leader, Grave Digger. Grave defeats Grave Digger, but he is also killed in the battle.
