Everblue 2 is an underwater life simulation game developed by Arika and published by Konami for PlayStation 2 in 2004. It is the sequel to Everblue, released in 2002.
In Everblue 2, players take on the role of a young freediver named Kai. Kai goes to a tropical island to fulfill his dream of becoming a professional diver. He will start from the bottom of the ocean, exploring colorful coral reefs and strange sea creatures.
Everblue 2’s gameplay focuses on free diving and exploring the underwater world. Players can dive to a maximum depth of 100 meters and explore a variety of locations, including coral reefs, caves, and shipwrecks. Players can also collect specimens, take photos, and interact with marine creatures.
Everblue 2 has several new features compared to its predecessor. A new feature is the ability to night dive. In night diving mode, players can explore sea creatures that only appear at night. Another new feature is the ability to dive with friends. Two players can explore the underwater world together.
