Flatout is an action racing game developed by Bugbear Entertainment and published by Empire Interactive in 2004. The game was released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 2, Xbox and GameCube. A Wii version, developed by 10Tons Entertainment, was released in 2007.
In Flatout, players participate in dangerous and violent car races. Races can be played in single or multiplayer mode. In single mode, players can compete against AI opponents or play challenge modes. In multiplayer mode, the player can compete with up to four other players.
Flatout is famous for its violent and humorous gameplay. During races, vehicles can be damaged or overturned. Players can also use weapons to destroy their opponents’ vehicles.
The Wii version of Flatout has some additional features compared to other versions. The game features improved graphics and new game modes, including a “Flatout Party” mode that allows players to play the game with up to 12 players.
