Fire Emblem: Akatsuki no Megami is a turn-based strategy video game developed and published by Intelligent Systems and Nintendo. The game is the tenth installment of the Fire Emblem series and was released for the Nintendo Wii in 2007 in Japan and 2008 in North America and Europe.
The plot of Fire Emblem: Akatsuki no Megami is set on the Tellius continent, three years after the events of Fire Emblem: Souen no Kiseki. Begnion, the most powerful empire in Tellius, has taken control of Dayne, a small country. This leads to an uprising by the people of Dayne, led by the Dawn Group of thieves.
Players will control a group of characters from both sides of the conflict, including characters from Fire Emblem: Souen no Kiseki. The game features the series’ traditional turn-based combat system, with characters able to use weapons, magic, and special skills to defeat enemies.
Fire Emblem: Akatsuki no Megami was highly praised by critics, with many praising the story, gameplay, and graphics. The game has sold more than 1.5 million copies worldwide.
