Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus is a first-person shooter video game developed by MachineGames and published by Bethesda Softworks. It is the sequel to Wolfenstein: The New Order, released in 2014. The game was released for Nintendo Switch in June 2018.
In Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, players control BJ Blazkowicz, a World War II veteran who is fighting against the Nazi Empire in an alternate world where Nazi Germany won World War II. The game begins immediately after the events of Wolfenstein: The New Order, when Blazkowicz and his allies escape from Earth and arrive at the Venus Space Station. However, they are attacked by Nazi forces and Blazkowicz is seriously injured.
Blakowicz was brought back to the United States, where he was healed and joined the new resistance. He started a campaign to free the country from Fascist rule. The game takes players through various locations in the United States, including New York, New Orleans, and Alaska.
