To play Heads Up! Phones Down Edition, players will be divided into two teams. Each team will nominate one player to be the guesser. The guesser will turn away from the screen and their friends or family will give hints. The guesser can use verbal, action, or descriptive clues to guess the word or phrase on the screen.
The guesser has 30 seconds to guess the correct word or phrase. If the guess is correct, the guesser’s team scores one point. If the guess is wrong, the team’s next guesser will take over. The team with more points after running out of words or phrases in the deck wins.
