River City Super Sports Challenge is a sports action game developed by Million and Aksys Games for Nintendo DS. The game was released in 2008 in Japan and in 2009 in North America and Europe. This is part of the River City series of games, set in the fictional River City.
In the game, the player controls a high school student from one of six different universities in the city. These universities include Nekketsu High School, Oedo High School, Dotonbori High School, Hankyu High School, Chuo High School, and Toyo High School.
The game has action gameplay combined with sports elements. The player can use a variety of attacks to defeat his opponents. These attacks can be performed using the buttons on the Nintendo DS’s touchscreen.
