Xenoblade Chronicles 3D is a role-playing video game developed and published by Monolith Soft and Nintendo for Nintendo 3DS. It is a remake of Xenoblade Chronicles, the original game released for the Wii in 2010. The remake was released on September 29, 2015 in Japan, December 10, 2015 in North America, and December 11, 2015 in Europe.
The game is set on the world of Mira, a giant planet made up of two halves: Bionis and Mechonis. The player controls Shulk, a young man living on the Bionis who is searching for his father’s killer. Shulk is joined by a group of companions, including Reyn, a childhood friend of his; Fiora, a mysterious girl; and Dunban, a Mechonis veteran.
Xenoblade Chronicles 3D is an action role-playing game in which players control Shulk and his comrades on their journey to find the person who killed Shulk’s father. The game features a real-time combat system in which the player can control his characters to attack enemies, using skills and items. The game also features an open exploration system, allowing players to freely explore the world of Mira.
