Resident Evil Code: Veronica X is a survival horror video game developed and published by Capcom for the GameCube in 2003.
In Resident Evil Code Veronica X, players will continue to control the characters Claire Redfield and Chris Redfield, two familiar characters of the Resident Evil series, on a mysterious island in the Southern Ocean. The game uses a third-person perspective and gameplay revolves around finding and using items to solve puzzles and confront mysterious enemies.
The game’s first disc focuses on introducing many new characters, new settings, and events to the story of Resident Evil, along with explaining many of the mysteries and questions that the original version did not answer. In addition, the first disc also takes the player through various locations on the island and meets many different characters, creating a lively and large world.
