Resident Evil is a hit survival horror game developed by Capcom and was originally released in 1996. The version on the GameCube is a re-release of the original game, renamed “Resident Evil”. Resident Evil – Disc 1″, is part of a duo that includes “Resident Evil – Disc 2” on the GameCube platform.
In Resident Evil, players will be transported into the mysterious world of Raccoon City, a city in the midst of a zombie epidemic. Players will choose one of two main characters, Chris Redfield or Jill Valentine, of the S.T.A.R.S. of the Raccoon City police, and investigate a secret base deep in the woods on the outskirts of the city. However, they soon discover that the base is being invaded by monstrous creatures and must fight to survive and find out the secret behind this pandemic.
Resident Evil is a third-person horror action game in which the player must battle zombies, and monstrous creatures, and solve puzzles to progress in the story. The game possesses amazing graphics, scary sounds, and unique gameplay based on puzzle-solving and resource-gathering. It also offers intense and terrifying experiences in fighting monstrous creatures and dealing with dangerous situations.
