Crash Tag Team Racing is an action racing game developed by Traveller’s Tales and published by Vivendi Universal Games for the GameCube, PlayStation 2 and Xbox in 2003. It is the sixth game in the Crash Bandicoot series and is the first game in the series to feature action elements.
The game takes place in a mythical world where Crash Bandicoot and his friends must stop Dr. Neo Cortex and Uka Uka from taking over the world. Players can choose from a variety of characters to play as, including Crash, Coco, Cortex, Crunch and many others. Each character has unique abilities and skills.
The game combines racing and action elements. Players must compete against other opponents in races, but they can also use their action abilities to attack other opponents and destroy obstacles.
