Castlevania: Rondo of Blood is a platform-adventure video game developed and published by Konami for the PC Engine Super CD-ROM² System (commonly known as TurboGrafx-CD outside Japan and France) in 1993. The game was directed by Toru Hagihara and is considered one of the best Castlevania games ever made.
The 3DS Rom version of Castlevania: Rondo of Blood was released in 2015 through Nintendo’s Virtual Console service. This version includes the official English translation of the game, as well as some additional features, such as the ability to save games and touch controls.
In Castlevania: Rondo of Blood, the player controls Richter Belmont, a descendant of Simon Belmont, on his journey to defeat Dracula. The game features standard platform-adventure gameplay, with the player having to overcome obstacles, fight enemies, and collect items to progress.
